At Valley First Property Management, LLC (Valley First) we pride ourselves on being a responsive full-service property management company. We specialize in everything from apartment complexes to single family homes throughout the Willamette Valley area.

For our tenants, our rental properties are professionally managed and well maintained, we treat your home as if it were our own. Valley First utilizes state-of-the-art software allowing for online applications, online payments, and ease of communication. Valley First strives to provide exceptional service and outstanding maintenance.

For investment property owners, Valley First manages your property by protecting it through a thorough tenant screening process, detailed property inspections and timely and professional maintenance. Valley First utilizes various software programs to ensure your financials are comprehensive and complete, and that we are in compliance with Oregon’s comprehensive landlord tenant laws. All information relating to your property is made available through an online portal. Additionally, Valley First does not get paid unless you do!

"We are pleased to be able to recommend the new business partnership of Valley First Property Management, LLC. We are also pleased that our own rental homes are under their property management. We are confident that our rentals will be well cared for as we have done business with the owners on an individual and team basis for more than ten years.
